3D rigged character models formats are VRM or/and VSF other forms of delivery can be considered upon request.

For 3D props like earrings for example it would be other formats or I could attach it to your model for you.

For illustrations/2D assets the format is PNG and a jpg in a smaller size more friendly for posting. I will also give you a CSP/PSD file where the character and background are on separated layers.

The works are digital and not physically shipped goods.

Except if secrecy is requested, I am most likely going to publicly showcase the work in progress being done.

Illustrations can be used in any form expect directly for product creations (t-shirt, cups, prints, etc..,) please request those commercial rights if this is what you are looking for.

In the case of original design work for the purpose and definition of the Client's brand identity such as character design, logo design, and more, intellectual property rights of the designs and their likeness are exclusively granted to the Client.

Keep in mind that I can only give you the rights to what I created for you.

As long as you own the character design you have full rights to any 3D model I make for you trough a commission.

I keep the rights to use commissioned work for promotional or portfolio purposes. (Except if the work is fully private.)

While you have the right to sell and change ownership of the model, you do not have the right to redistribute and sell the model as a market place item.

I may use rejected work to my own discretion under condition that it does not infringe the client's intellectual property rights, ownership or trademarks.

Credits are appreciated. Typically "Artist @MajiJura" or a link is enough.

For illustrations, the time for completion should be 1 day to 1 week. Expecting 3 days

For 3D character models you should expect 1 to 2 month. (Project complexity or other constraints can rise this time.)

All time can vary depending on the complexity or the workload at the time.

The time expectations are from when the first payment is processed to completion.

I only do revisions up to a certain threshold, based on feedback from you. Please make sure that you know what you want. (Especially later on in the process.)

If the situation demands it major reworks can be done for a price.

I will fix any errors/bug directly caused by me.

Payment is done via VGen/Ko-fi payment systems which uses paypal. Before starting, at least a 50% down-payment needs to be paid for! The final payment must be done before I send over the completed non watermarked files.

Blatant refusal to pay me for my services or charge back issued without warning will result in a blacklisting.

You should NOT pay BEFORE I ACCEPT your commission request if you are using a form application, but after. Unlike the Simple/SKEB style commissions.

I do not accept payments via "friend and family" or any similar methods.

Prices may vary depending on complexity, requirement and/or additional requests.

A full refund will be issued by cancellation on my part.

If you choose to withdraw/cancel when work has started, I will refund 75% of what the total price would have been

(50% if only that much was paid.)

If the project is about 50% or more done, I would keep the down payment, or if the initial payment was in full, refund 50%.

(Commission progress from my own assessment!)

I do not issue refunds after the work has been completed or close to completed.

If I the artist cannot complete the work for unforeseen reasons, you may be eligible to a refund. The amount depending on the quantity of completed work. (For example if 10 emotes were requested and 5 delivered the refund would be 50%.)

After applying I will eventually contact you. You can also notify me of your application via other communication services (see below). You will either be notified that I am not accepting your application, that you are added to my wait list or that I'm accepting your application. If I'm accepting your application, payment will be process or I will direct you on how too.

Invoices must be paid within 72 hours, or the project may be cancelled.

Please feel free to communicate with me and give me feedback freely on any projects you are commissioning.

I typically reply within 24 hours but it could take more time as well.

The Artist and client acknowledges that information and materials that are provided to either party outside of the development of the work/project/commission that will not be visible to public, will be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to other parties without prior permission from the owner of this confidential information. (Including but not limited to personal information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information.)
